A free guide · At your own pace

Seven days.
A little more space.

You do not need to become an artist to make art part of your life.

Keep a pen and a few sheets of paper close by. Choose five or ten minutes when you can. Days can be repeated, skipped, or spread over a month; this is an invitation, not a streak to maintain.

Day 7 · 5 minutes

Return to what you enjoyed

Lay out your pages. Pick the practice you would actually like to do again, not the one you think you should choose. Spend a few minutes repeating it with one small change: a new color, a different object, or a smaller sheet.

Finish this sentence: “Next week, I would like a little more…” Let your answer be specific and manageable. Choose a natural cue, such as after lunch, for another creative pause.

Keep a simple note

Before: what am I noticing? After: what am I noticing now? “No change” is a valid observation.
